Baby Boy is FINALLY here!!!!

 Seth Branson Pease was born November 16, 2012. He weighed 7lbs 1 oz and was 20.5 inches. He is absolutely adorable and is such a good baby. We are so happy to have a son! Sidney can not love on him enough, she is such a great big sister!

Thinking of the Holidays already?

Mom visits, Hoochie retreat,& BABY SHOWER

My mom came on Wednesday to spend some time with us and also so she would be here for my baby shower. Sidney was so excited about Grandma coming and could hardly contain herself when she got here. She was so happy and full of energy and was talking about a million miles a minute.

My mom took Sidney out for a day full of fun and spoiled the heck out of her. They went shopping, to the library, and to the park, and we feed the ducks. Sidney was in heaven! My mom also helped me get a lot of nesting projects done. She is the best Mom ever! She never stops working and is always willing to help with anything I need. I am feeling much more prepared after she helped me organize and clean my house!! Thanks Mom!

On Friday, we had our yearly Hoochie retreat. I loved spending time with all of the girls. It is always so much fun taking, laughing, and reminiscing on the roommate days. I love those girls. We went out to eat Friday night, stayed in a hotel, and went to breakfast Saturday morning.
Melissa and her cute family came to stay with us too! Sidney LOVES having her cousins around to play with. The girls got to go to the Aquatics Center with Branson and Heston while we went to the baby shower.

Saturday was my baby shower. I can't believe I'm having a boy! I has such a great time visiting with friends and family. I was very spoiled by Tara and my sister Melissa! Tara spent a lot of time decorating and it looked SO cute! The food was amazing and I ate a ton!! I love that I am having this little guy in the fall! Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the colors, smells, weather, well... everything about it! I can't wait to see this boy, he is going to be so adorable. Just 5 weeks to go!

Sunday we had fun spending time with the Welkers, Mom, and watching Conference together. We tried to do a conference bingo game with the girls to keep them entertained while we watched, but it only lasted so long. They were pretty good, but it sure is hard to concentrate and listen to everything while maintaining 5 kids. It was worth it though. Love spending time with family!

Sidney is 3!

Sidney turned 3 September 11th. I can't believe that she is already 3!!! She is growing up so fast. I love how much she is turning into her own little person. She is so smart and very observant of everything around her. She has such a fun and loving personality and is very good at teasing, especially to her Dad. I love this little girls so much and feel so blessed to have her as part of our family. 

My Mom can down just for Sidney's birthday. Sidney was so happy to have Grandma here for her Birthday! Sidney got lots of fun presents from Grandma and Papa Colorado. She had a lot to open and was very spoiled. And... so was I!! My Mom and I flew into phoenix on Sidney's birthday. I had just gone with my parents to Nebraska to see my Grandma who has Caner and is not doing well. We got back into town and I was feeling miserable. I felt really bad that I didn't have Sidney's Birthday all prepared, so I worked hard trying to make her Birthday dinner, her cake, and run to the store to get a few last minuted things for her. As the day progresses I felt worse and worse. By about 6:00pm I was so miserable that I went to the Doctor. Come to find out, I had double pink eye, double ear infection, and a cold. Needless to say, I was on the couch the entire next day and was SO glad my Mom had come. She took care of Sidney, cleaned my house, did laundry, and made dinner, while I did absolutely nothing. What a huge blessing. I don't know what I would have done without her!

 

Grandma and Papa Pease also sent Sidney a water Doodle, a ballerina tutu, and a cute ballerina doll that is the same size as Sidney! She loves it and couldn't stop dancing with it. They must know how much this girls loves to dance!! Thanks Grandma and Papa Pease!  

July

July has been a fun month. It has been very hot and quite humid, but we have been loving the rain and being able to still find time to be outside. We are loving watching Sidney as she grows and continues to add to her cute little personality.

We are excited to announce that we are expecting baby #2 on November 21, and...it's a BOY!!!!!

Holiday F-U-N.

This year we went to Colorado for Thanksgiving. We had so much fun being with all our family and eating lots of Delicious food! My mom makes the best Thanksgiving meal EVER. And, I have a new favorite pie thanks to my sister Monica. PEAR PIE! So amazing. Sidney really loved being around so many cousins. She started showing her bully side whenever a toy would get taken from her. No mercy. My nieces and nephews are so fun and adorable. We are so glad we were able to make the trip. Well worth it!

After we got back from Thanksgiving, we went to get our Christmas tree. Branson picked out the perfect one and we rode ghetto style all the way home with it strapped onto the Cavi. I didn't even care one little bit either. I was SO happy that we were getting a tree!!! I love it and think it is the most beautiful addition to our home for the Christmas season. Sidney enjoyed "decorating" the tree too! She actually just chewed on the lights, and kept pulling everything off that I was putting on the tree. She can't help herself… it's too beautiful. Everyday I plug in the lights, turn up the Christmas music, and my life is FULL of Holiday cheer!!
