2 YEARS of BLISS

Branson and I have been married for 2 years now! We celebrated our Anniversary on April 19. We went out to dinner and enjoyed spending an evening out, just the two of us. Thanks Mom, for watching Sidney for us. It's strange to think that it's only been two years... it seems like we have been together forever. I am the luckiest woman in the world to have such an amazing husband. He is the best Daddy and takes such good care of me and Sidney. A lot of people say how hard the first few years of marriage are, but for me it has not only been easy, but truly the best and most enjoyable thing in the world.

The Serenade

Whenever Branson plays his guitar, it puts Sidney in a trance. It is the cutest thing to watch her listen and watch him so intently. She-can't-stop.

FUN FAMILY TIME

We have been so blessed to spend time with family lately. Sidney was able to spend lots of time with her cousins Dani, Abby, and Emily. We went to Thatcher for a few days and Melissa and the girls came to visit us for a few days. And Grandma got to be here the whole time too! We went to the park, played outside, played with Leo(our turtle) built forts, watched movies, played pretend, and had lots of treats! Sidney loved having them to play with. She had so much fun watching them and learning how to crawl better. She also loved seeing her Aunt Melissa and her Grandma Colorado. We had lots of fun together. ABBY LOVES SIDNEY! She was so cute with her. She was always talking to her, trying to help me with her, and ALWAYS wanting to hold her. She would also sing to her. She is the cutest little girl and the best little cousin. She sure does love Sidney, and Sidney loves her too! Jake Adam and Leah also came over while Melissa and her girls and Grandma were here. We played cards and ate delicious food.(Thanks to Melissa!)

We were also able to spend time with the Pease’s. They came down to help us with our house. We put in laminate floors and finished painting. It looks so great! So much better than carpet. Thanks to them it went really quick! They are always so willing to serve our family in whatever we need help with. I wish I would have taken pictures. I guess I was busy painting. I only got before pictures of the cement floor after taking out the carpet. Sidney loves all the attention and love that she get with all her Aunts and Grandma around. She is held all the time. They sure do spoil her! She had fun sharing her Grandpa with Lewis too!(I don't think he wanted to share) lol

Sidney is 6 months old already and I feel like she was just born. She is getting so big and so fun. She is crawling everywhere, pulling herself up to stand, smiling and laughing a lot, showing off the one little tooth she has on the bottom. We love her and enjoy the new things she is learning and doing everyday.

New Years

Only 2 short days of being back form Colorado, we drove to Kingman to spend New Years and the weekend with the Peases. It is always fun to go to Kingman and spend time with family. I love it there! For some reason it seems like there house is in the county to me. It feels like there is nothing around which makes it peaceful and relaxing. I love that there is always something fun to do. We played Volleyball this trip and it was really fun. I also love having scripture study in by the wood burning stove. It was fun to see everyone, especially Jocelyn and Mike. We were sad that Alvin Couldn't be there, but glad Jess and Lewis could still come. And it's always great to see Grandma Lewis. She always keeps things lively and has such a good sense of humor!! We did miss Devin too(he was with Uncle Malin) Thanks for the fun weekend Mom and Dad!!
