Kitchen Cabinets

When we moved into our house, we didn't have any upper cabinets. It has been a long time coming but finally, Branson is finally done building the boxes of the cabinets. Branson still has to build the doors, but that is supposed to be happening this week. After that, a little prime and paint, and they will be beautiful! I love having such a handy husband. He can do any and everything. He is A-mazing!! Thanks for all the hard work Branson. During the process, Sidney loved having no doors on all the lower cabinets so she could get into everything. She also loved playing in an extra cabinet that we had laying around the kitchen. She is so easily entertained. She was also a great helper to her Dad while building!

10 months old!

Jacque Weech( Tyler's sister/Jenny's sister in law) took pictures of Sidney so I could give them to Branson for Father's Day. They turned out so adorable. I love this little girl!

This summer was Sidney's very first summer. We spent a lot of our time in the pool. We were spoiled this summer because there is a beautiful pool where Jenny, Tyler, and Jade live, so we were able to go often. It's so nice to have good friends who are always fun to be around, that you never get tired of. We love the Weeches!!!

Good weather

The weather here in AZ has been extremely nice, until it hit the triple digits last week. We went on lots of walks during the good weather. Sidney is very observant and loves looking around at everything while I push her in the stroller. Now the heat is pushing the point of no return for the summer. I think it is supposed to be 110* this week. Good thing I found an awesome blow up baby pool at a garage sale for $1. Sidney is going to love it! Sidney is getting more and more busy everyday. She is crawling everywhere and getting into whatever she can reach. She just figured out how to open the cupboards. I guess it’s time for those annoying plastic locks. We are putting in new flooring and had to move everything out of the kitchen and she crawled into the oven drawer and was playing with the glass and parceling dishes. I wonder how many things will get broken in my house from children. Probably a lot, but it is worth it. She is so cute! She is so busy and so nonstop that she wares herself out. I have found her asleep on the floor twice in the last week. My parents came to visit for a couple days last week. It was fun to have them come! It was nice that my Dad was able to come this time. We hardly get to see him. Sidney loved having her Grandparents around to play with. We went on a long walk to the library and Bahama Bucks. Sidney loved the long walk and all the different things to look at. We also went to see a house where my Dad helped design the landscape in Mesa. It was the cutest quaintest little brick house. I really loved the landscape too! My Dad really has an eye for what he does.

Lucky Us!

We are so lucky because we have been able to see my Mom and Melissa and the girls a lot lately. It is so fun for us to have them visit! My Mom got braces from Dr. Glauser(my old employer) so she gets to come down to visit/have an appointment every 4-8 weeks. And, Melissa comes to visit with the girls when Mom comes to town. Lucky us!!
